Precision Clean

We are experts in the precision cleaning of sensors.  Understanding the design of sensors enables us to increase the assurance of a proper cleaning process.  Long internal tubes, hidden crevices, baffles, and other design features can make the cleaning process very difficult to properly verify.  Further, understanding the ability of the device to be exposed to both pressure and vacuum can keep the sensor from exposure to damaging cleaning techniques.

Cleanliness Requirements:

• Preform a cleaning process via  aqueous, immersion or ultrasonic 
• Achieve a Non-Volatile Residue (NVR) level per MIL-STD-1246C or IEST-STD-CC1246D
• Achieve a Particulate Cleanliness Level per MIL-STD-1246C or IEST-STD-CC1246D
• Perform clean packaging in a certified area (per FED-STD-209)
• Comply with Contamination Control Protocols
• Double package the clean part packaging including the cleaning process labeling
